Maserati’s HR dept is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding intern.

He/she will join the corporate Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team which is responsible for the design, delivery and management of the global initiatives of recruiting and employer branding.


In support of the following activities:

  • Posting jobs ads, screening and scheduling interviews
  • Support on Virtual Assessment Centers management (planning, scheduling, co-assesing)
  • Employer branding activities (i.e. Career Days, job fairs, relationship with external providers)
  • Internship activation
  • Intern induction plan
  • Database management, KPIs tracking and reporting


  • Master’s degree in Humanities, Psychology or similar
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or previous brief experience within an HR dept as a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English (B2 level minimum)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google suite
  • Previous (even brief) experience in Recruiting as a strong plus
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (and/or one or more of the main Applicant Tracking Systems) as a plus
  • Being positive, open-minded and a self-starter


This is a paid Internship with a duration of 6 months.
