MISSION

 

The Lubricants & Workshop Equipment Account Manager is responsible to develop and implement commercial strategies for the mentioned business lines according to company goals aiming to accelerate growth. The position includes the profitability task and to conduct market research and analysis (i.e. pricing, competitors, programs) to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc). 

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 

 

  • To develop tooling, lubricants and connected renewal services and to guarantee an efficient DFS process
  • Achieving turnover and profitability in accordance with the annual budget
  • Analyze and support after sales business annual target setting and continuously monitor the Regions fulfilment of tooling, lubricants and connected services (renewal) by monitoring competitors and pricing products
  • Support Regions to develop an appropriate management of these business lines and to ensure the right level of equipment to guardantee the best quality service at Network Level
  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc) and pricing strategies

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree in Engineering
  • At least 5-7 years of experience
  • Economics and business analysis experience are required
  • Excellent understanding in automotive parts (tires, lubrications, tooling + DFS) and commercial programs, with focus on premium/luxury brands as a plus
  • Preferred Experience: minimum 3 years in Automotive, with direct exposure in workshop tooling, connectivity and electrification as a nice to have
  • Fluency in Italian, very good knowledge of English (B2 level - minimum)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (in particular Access, Database, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP, AS400, DMS as a plus
  • Strong relational, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Being able to prioritize and to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
