MISSION

 

We're looking for a Legal Intern that, operating within the Legal dept , will have the following mission: 

 

  • Support to the General Counsel on Contracts and Agreements verification
  • Support to consultancy on network issues
  • Support to trials and Arbitrations management
  • Support to legal advice and consultancy on Commercial and Company law
  • Operational scope: Customers rights, Legal and commercial warranty, Insurance law, Liability and Product Liability, Antitrust law, Advertising and Marketing legal advice, Accountability and Bank guarantees, Service and Maintenance regulations, Debts recovery; Legal issues connected to Customer care management; Intellectual properties (trademarks, patents, design, copyrights and know-how) management; Privacy framework for GDPR management (in coordination with ICT); Corporate affairs and power of attorneys management; Confidentiality framework management (in coordination with ICT)

 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

 

You'll give main contribution to the following activities:

 

  • Drafting, review, and modification of contracts for sales, partners, vendors, and other departments
  • Negotiation of contract terms
  • Analysis of customer legal requirements
  • Assessment of contractual risk
  • Reporting as needed by the management team
  • Assisting the legal team in audit related research and response
  • Operating with confidentiality and discreteness

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

In order to be successful you will need :

 

  • University Degree in Law or equivalent
  • Knowledge of drafting, reviewing, editing, negotiating and finalizing customer sales, channel partner, procurement and other agreements which comply with company policies and risk tolerance
  • Knowledge of drafting and reviewing non-routine or specialized sales contracts, terms and conditions, and RFPs
  • Understanding of how to develop and maintain contracts-related processes and procedures to scale with company’s growth
  • Ability to handle multiple high priority tasks to successful completion
  • Being a detail-oriented team player, able to operate within a fast paced, geographically dispersed organization
