MISSION
The Feature Planning dept is responsible, operating together with Product Development, Software Development, Design and UX Department, to define the features and the connected services for current and future Maserati models and creating the application strategy.
Its activities include, but are not limited to: Features ideation and planning, with a focus on infotainment, connected services, ADAS/Automated Driving, electric vehicle-specific features and services for all Maserati vehicles; features Product Management to ensure features’ business specifications are delivered according to the Product Planning requirements; ideation and product management of innovative features targeting 2030+ collaborating with Maserati Design team and Stellantis Innovation team.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Directly supporting the Global Head of Feature & Infotainment Planning, the intern will be involved in:
- Support model planners to identify features suitable to a specific vehicle, creating consistency between all the Maserati Vehicles and defining application roadmaps.
- Investigate the competitive scenario and define the consumer expectation in the luxury market
- Create feature customer requirements and share globally with the Stellantis’ tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in Engineering / Economics
- Fluency in English (B2 equal or higher than)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Project management mindset: the intern will operate within a complex environment, should be proactive, self-organized and able to meet deadlines
- Team-working ability: the intern will be in contact with different stakeholders both internal and external
- Previous internship experience in a structured organization will be considered a plus
- Personal interest for the automotive/tech world, being able to contribute with original ideas as a plus

This is a paid Internship with a duration of 6 months.
