Fuoriserie - Program Manager

We're looking for a Program Manager, directly reporting to the Head of Fuoriserie Personalization Program, that will be responsible for :

 

  • Supporting the Head of Fuoriserie Program in managing the cross functional team ensuring the interaction with Engineering, Industrial and Sales & Marketing Departments;
  • Defining the commercial offer in order to meet customer requirements and to achieve profitability targets;
  • Contributing in the definition of the specific development and production process of the personalization content for the entire Maserati lineup coherently with cost and timing constraints;
  • Leading the launch activities in order to ensure the promotion of the Fuoriserie services, in the respect of the established plans and budget guidelines.

 

 

Main activities

 

  • To coordinate the cross functional Team Meetings, checking the status of the program’s master plan, raising issues and identifying solutions in order to define all recovery actions needed
  • Brief to Style and Technical Teams for the personalization content definition and creativity process in order to meet customer expectations
  • To manage the Personalization content grid and ensure the integration with the model’s product in coordination with the Product Planning team
  • To operate with Technical, Industrial and Ordering Management functions, in the definition of the development, production and ordering process for each component for all Maserati models
  • To contribute to the definition of commercial parameters (volumes, prices, commercial offer by market) in order to ensure the profitability of the Program
  • Define Program’s KPIs and reporting
  • Lead all the involved functions in the definition and execution of the Maserati Fuoriserie Launch and post-launch activities in order to ensure visibility to the program and to its services
  • To contribute, after the commercial launch, to the animation and to the refresh of the commercial offer in order to support the achievement of the volumes and profitability targets and to address consumer needs based on the latest trends

 

 

Requirements

 

  • University Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management
  • At least 5 years of experience within the automotive industry
  • Experience in automotive personalization programs as a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Suite
  • Strong analysis / synthesis skills
  • Effective management in cross-functional relationships
  • Capacity to promote and defend his / her own ideas
