Sales Planner DACH

This position directly reports to Maserati Central Europe General Manager and its responsibilities are to follow the sales planning and support function of DACH area.

 

Main activities

 

 - Supports the Regional Manager in the definition/revision of the monthly/yearly sales targets, for each area, after having evaluated the specific market conditions and sales trend

 - Coordinates the delivery of the cars following the allocation plan agreed with the network and interface with Logistic - Department at the HQ to facilitate the plan

 - Monitors the performances and deviations from the sales target, for each area/dealer, on a weekly/monthly base

 - Interfaces, on a regular base, with each sales manager to analyze and comment forecasts and sales performances

 - Interfaces, on a regular base, with the European sales planning to provide the requested data or to signal any kind of issues that are requiring the central support

 - Develops market analysis and sales statistics to support strategical decisions or specific action plans for each - area/dealership

 - Supports Sales and MKTG costs managing/monitoring, in compliance with the assigned budgets

 - Supports the regional manager in identifying risks and opportunities for each area/dealership, in defining action plans/sales initiatives according to the specific needs of each area/dealership, in monitoring the effectiveness of the implemented actions and the related spending

 - Monitors dealers’ performances, also in terms of profitability, via the traditional tools (e.g. ASE, Balanced score cards) and develops specific analysis to support the area managers in the discussions with the dealers

 - Develops sales reports according to specific issues or market needs and supports the creation of documents to be discussed at HQ or regional level

Requirements

 

 - German mother tongue

 - English fluent, Italian (not essential)

 - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales planning activities

 - Engineering or Economics Degree

 - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

 - Data Entry/Evaluation/Reporting skills

 - Great willingness to work in team and for discontinuity

 - Good interpersonal skills

 - Attention to details and professionalism
