Sales Area Manager France

The eligible candidate will directly report to the France Sales Manager and will work with the commercial team.
The main activities of the Sales Area Manager are:
  • Participation in defining and planning Sales Objectives of the Maserati Dealers on his/her areaImplementation and follow-up of the Commercial strategy
  • To lead and motivate sales teams of the dealer network (incentive challenges, sales training…)
  • the follow-up of monthly/quarterly dealer targets (sell in and sell out)
  • Definition and monitoring of regional Sales and Marketing action plans
  • Design of the monitoring tools to analyze the activity of the network (dashboards, performance evaluation...)
  • Analysis of the impact of campaigns from operational information
  • Check consistency in application of promotional/communication product plans
  • Support and follow-up of the network in the new vehicle order process (Product, Price, configurations, tools…)
  • To be the ambassador of the company on some events
    Negotiation with Direct Customers (Tactical sales, important fleet sales, RAC…)
  • Networks development to reach MS target
  • Monitoring the network development strategy and prepare reports (scouting update, corporate identity follow up, collect financial network data…)
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Automotive sector
  • Strong problem solving & negotiation skills
  • Gathering mind spirit to the realisation of common objectives
  • Sense of creativity
Linguistic knowledge
  • French mother tongue
  • English fluent
  • Italian (not essential)
