Processes and Data Senior Specialist (CRM)

Job description:

This role reports directly to the Processes and Data Manager and its main responsibilities are:

  • Liaise with different business entities and markets in Maserati in order to support them to define their business goals and process needs related to relationship and performance management

  • Document requirements, manuals etc. to ensure a comprehensive and complete repository for reference, independently update those documentation

  • Support in the development of training formats for CRM tool set

  • Liaise with IT in the briefing and implementation phase for those solutions, collect additional information if needed and consult business on change requests if needed

  • Support the CRM team in their daily activities and objectives regarding the effective use and analysis of data, e.g. for campaigns, performance measurement etc.

  • Monitoring of data quality and data use, identify needs for data cleansing processes and potential for data enrichment, define rules for reporting

  • Identify regular reports for the team on marketing and CRM performance

  • Support campaign manager in the execution of e-mailing campaigns and implementation of marketing automation



  • University degree in Computer Science or any data-related field

  • Experience in working on business side, preferably CRM (2+ years) or Digital environment

  • Ability to liaise with business and IT alike

  • Database knowledge: Salesforce / Eloqua / Qlik

  • Affinity for automotive world and data analysis

  • Pro-active, team player, self-motivational and flexible

  • Previous exposure to intercultural environment

  • Fluency in Italian and English is minimum, other languages preferred
